da good rebuttals that i wish are mine, one day..ameen
salam...
i got this from someone n i was touched n i wish i can have a debate with people n come out with these rebuttals one day, ameen..
So why is the hijab an obligation for women and not an obligation for men? Is it just to pressurise the woman? No. It is because 100 men will never be able to seduce or make one woman fall for them. No matter what they do, if the woman is not interested, those 100 men cannot do anything to attract her. However, one woman can succeed to attract 100 men in a few minutes. Therefore it is obligatory for the woman, since she is the source of attraction. So the hijab in her right is a must for her.
What is your excuse for not wearing the hijab? Let us go through a list of excuses.
The First Excuse: I Am Not Convinced of the HijabTo this, I would respond; what are religion are you from? You would reply, I'm a Muslim. What is the meaning of a Muslim, brothers and sisters? The meaning of a Muslim is to submit completely to Allah. The sister who does not want to practice the hijab has not submitted to Allah. She does not want to submit to the will of Allah. Brothers and sisters, how can we disobey and argue against what Allah and His Messenger have given to us? Prophet Ibrahim (alayhis salam) had to sacrifice his own son because of a vision, and he did not understand why he had to do such a thing, but he submitted to Allah completely. So this teaches us how to submit to Allah's Word. I would rather hear you say that you are not strong enough to practice the Hijab, rather to hear you to say that you are not convinced with Allah's very own words.
The Second Excuse: It is Whats Inside is Most ImportantThe woman who claims that the most important thing is what is in the inside, that her intentions are always good, and that she is a good person, and the hijab is the hijab of the heart. This type of woman goes on to proudly reveal that she prays five times a day, better than 60 men, and she also prays the night prayers, the voluntary prayers, and she gives charity. However, she feels that this is enough worship for her; she honestly believes nothing else should be required from her. Brothers and sisters, Allah and His Messenger said: "You cannot take parts of Islam and reject other parts. You have to take the religion as a whole." This sister is saying that she is performing many good deeds and that her intentions are good, and her heart is pure. Alright, I agree with you. But I want to ask you one question, let us calculate this together. Every day you go out, every man that looks at your hair and your body, do you take sins or not? Of course you take sins because you didn't obey Allah's command. The woman may argue: "It is not my fault, my intentions are good, it is the man that will take sins for looking at me." No sister, he will take sins if he stares at you because you were the one attracting attention. Let us calculate it. Every day, how many sins does a woman who doesn't wear the hijab take? Would it go over a thousand sins a day? And remember, the man has two eyes, not one! And the man has a heart that loves and desires. Can you imagine the sins the woman is gaining? I wonder if your good deeds will be enough? Will they outweigh the thousands of sins you are gaining every day? I want you to do a little experiment. Everyday you go out, count how many sins you are gaining. How many sins do you gain for every man that looks at your hair and body. Didn't Allah order you to wear the hijab? I am afraid that your good deeds are falling from a torn bag. The good deeds enter from the top and escape from the hole at the bottom.
The Third Excuse: The Hijab and Hot Weather bad for my healthThe woman can complain that she loses her hair when she puts the hijab on, because of the heat. "So come on, do you want me to lose my hair and get bald? I won't put it on because my hair falls off!" Sister, Allah says: "Say that the Hell fire is stronger than the heat of the world." The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said: "Hell is surrounded by our desires, and Paradise is surrounded by the good things." Is it still difficult for you to put on the hijab? You will gain many deeds for following Allah's command!
Furthermore, from many experiments conducted shows that 40-60% of heat lost are lost from head. Thus, wearing hijab especially in cold season like winter will control human body temperature(The science behind the veil on islamOnline. net.). Hijab is also beneficial during hot seasons. V.G Rocine, a neurologist state that the phosphorus in our brain melt under the temperature of 108 degree Fahrenheit. This can happen when a person is standing under hot sun without head cover(hijab) . When phosphorus melt down the brain function will deteriorate and these will bring lots of negative impact on our brain(www.islamonline. net/english/ Science). If the body temperature increases up to above 105 degree Fahrenheit its dangerous as it will cause the phosphorus in our brain to melt down, thus we must close our head in hot weather(Highest Phosphorus Foods in Canadian Neuro-Optic Research Institute Online).
Thus, its proven that wearing Hijab is not harmful at all for women, but actually brings more positive impacts on them. And I had never heard women getting bald because of wearing Hijab( unless due to certain disease), but i heard lottss of women get bald as they go to saloon for groming their hairs with highly toxic dyes and rebonding technique frequently.. and so on.....Ask Saloon owner if you don't beleive this....And when it comes to hair dropping a lottt, maybe u don't realise that everyday on average a person will lose up to 100 hair strand per day(Hair Club International). So, it has nothing to do with Hijab...Its a normal human living process.
The Forth Excuse: Some Wear Hijab and are Bad People, Others Don't and are GoodClaiming that they knew women that wore the hijab but they had the worst of manners and did very bad things. "So I don't want to put the hijab on because I don't want to be like them." Well brothers and sisters, I know people who pray, but do bad things, does that mean we shouldn't pray? Some people go to Hajj (pilgrimage) so that they can hide under the title of a "Hajji" (person who has performed Hajj) and do bad things. Does that mean we should not go to Hajj? So sister, the wrong is not in the religion, but in the people themselves. Surely the hijab is innocent from their actions.
The Fifth Excuse: Allah swt Has Not Guided me"Allah has not guided me yet. I will eventually put the hijab on, but Allah hasn't guided me to do that at present. I think when I am 50 years old and have enjoyed my life, I'll put it on." No sister, this excuse is totally wrong. Allah says: "Allah does not change a people's situation unless they change what is within themselves." You will not put the hijab on until you change what is within yourself and work towards fulfilling Allah's commandment. It is not acceptable to say that Allah has not guided you! No, He has, and the proof is that you are listening to these words. The reason you are listening to these words is because Allah is opening the journey of guidance to you. Allah will never leave a person unless He gives him guidance, so it is up to that person to obey or disobey.
The Sixth Excuse: When I'm Married I'll Practice the HijabTo this I would say, many men look for the pious, religious woman who respects herself with her hijab, more than those men who look for the other women who do not. Plus Allah has written who you will marry anyway! So you won't marry anyone other than the person Allah has destined you to marry. Do not be afraid sister, put your trust in Allah. Allah will give you the pious husband, who will respect and cherish you. So when you marry, marry someone who will respect and love you for your faith. A man once came to a scholar and asked him: "If I'm going to marry my sister to someone, who should it be to?" The scholar replied, "Marry her to a man who is a friend of Islam, so if he loved her, he will respect her, and if he hated her, he will not treat her badly." Marry the man who will protect you, respect you, and be happy that you are a wearing the hijab.
The Seventh Excuse: I Am Still YoungDo you know when you are going to die, sister? The death rate among the youth is increasing! I will give you a real life example that happened in Egypt, in the city of Alexandria, in the month of Ramadan last year. A man told me that his wife wears the hijab. Their next door neighbour was a young girl who was not wearing the hijab. This girl is pure and has much goodness in her heart, like all of our sisters in Islam. However, she did not understand the concept of the hijab and its importance in Islam. The man continued to recall that his wife had a good relationship with this girl (and this is obligatory for all the women who wear the hijab). She didn't ignore her just because she didn't wear the hijab! One day the young girl had come to ask the wife if she would come shopping with her to buy some jeans. So the intelligent wife who knows that she has to call the girl towards Allah agreed to go shopping with her, but under one condition: that the girl comes with the wife to an Islamic lecture that was going to start. The girl agreed. So they went to the lecture, the topic that day was about repentance to Allah. The girl was so inspired by the lecture and started to weep until she repeated: "I have repented Allah, please someone cover me." The people attempted to calm her and reassure her they would take her home and there she could begin to practice the hijab. However she refused, expressing her wish to be covered immediately. She could not go out without it. So the sisters brought her a scarf and a dress. She put them on, determined to follow Allah's command, and left the building with it on. As soon as she left to cross the road, a car hit her and she died. This is a true story. She died after she had repented. She is lucky that she had the opportunity to repent before she died. This is a lesson for us to never give the excuse that we are still young to follow Allah's commands, because we do not know when death will approach us.
The Eighth Excuse: I Like Fashion. If I Wear the Hijab I Will Be Out of Fashion! Is Allah dearer to you than the latest fashion? I swear, when you put the Hijab on you will have light shinning from within you, and you will be more beautiful with your hijab.
The Ninth Excuse: I Want to Follow the WesternersWho respects the woman more? Islam, or the ones who cannot even sell a box of matches without painting a half naked woman on it? Or they cannot sell a shampoo without degrading the woman? Are they the ones who have respected the woman or are they the ones who have indeed exploited the woman? Who has respected the woman? Islam has respected the woman and covered her and liberated her from exploitation.
The Tenth Excuse: I'm Afraid that I Will Wear it and Then Take it Off"I don't want to practice the hijab because I'm afraid of taking it off." Sister, why don't you put it on with firm determination and faith and ask Allah to always protect you with it. Of course I'm not saying that taking the hijab off isn't a sin. Taking the hijab off is a major sin. It is a major sin because you would be encouraging other women to do the same. I urge sisters to never commit this sin. Allah would hate that. Wear the hijab and do the following three things to make sure you will never take it off: 1. Have good religious friends, 2. Attend and listen to Islamic lectures, 3. Make du'a (supplications) to ask Allah to strengthen your faith and remain firm with your hijab.
The Last Excuse: Its Embarassing"I'm shy and embarrassed from what my friends and relatives will say if I put the hijab on."Sister, won't you be ashamed of yourself from Allah on the Day of Judgement? Won't you be embarrassed when you see the Prophet on the Day of Judgement without your hijab? On the Day of Judgement you will be thirsty and the Prophet will be giving water to everyone. You will run to him, but two angels will stop you going further. The Prophet will say, "Leave her! She is from my nation." The angels will say, "We cannot Prophet Muhammad, for she did not obey Allah's command." To this, the Prophet will say, "Go away, far away, I do not want to have anything to do with you because you did not listen to Allah's command." Plus who should be embarrassed? The one who is showing off her body to everyone, or the one who is respecting and covering her body? The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said: "Grab Islam with your hands and teeth!"
so Muslims, lets ponder together, what's the real purpose of wearing the hijab n what are the rules that need to be followed....
anyway, the Jews are getting more n more melampau, bombing the hospital is so against the Declaration of Human Rights, i can't say it any more because I'm too sad but one thing for sure, i swear to ALLAH that i must be an engineer n watch out Jews, u'll see da real Muslims.....just wait for that moment to come, at that time, i am here to give da muslims da command...oh allah, please help me to change my hope into reality...ameen
i got this from someone n i was touched n i wish i can have a debate with people n come out with these rebuttals one day, ameen..
So why is the hijab an obligation for women and not an obligation for men? Is it just to pressurise the woman? No. It is because 100 men will never be able to seduce or make one woman fall for them. The one who is showing off her body to everyone, or the one who is respecting and covering her body? The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said: "Grab Islam with your hands and teeth!"
so Muslims, lets ponder together, what's the real purpose of wearing the hijab n what are the rules that need to be followed....
anyway, the Jews are getting more n more melampau, bombing the hospital is so against the Declaration of Human Rights, i can't say it any more because I'm too sad but one thing for sure, i swear to ALLAH that i must be an engineer n watch out Jews, u'll see da real Muslims.....just wait for that moment to come, at that time, i am here to give da muslims da command...oh allah, please help me to change my hope into reality...ameen

i finished my SAT class yesterday..n i am damn tired but i enjoy da classes seriously, even though it started at 9 and ended at 11. i thanx ALLAh for giving me da opportunities to attend da class n i was surprised to know that exxon paid TPR RM 4k for ever single of us. god!!! i seriously need to work damn hard for the SAt...n m praying for da strength... for da admission, i am going to college tomorrow n on tuesday i need to submit da essay...it is not that easy n m applying for uni of texas, mechanical engineering... i am praying that ALLAh will make this path easier not only for me, but for all of us,G6! we call ourselves as G6. i was surprised n touched. we just met but we can be so close, may be because we share something in common. even wendy, our maths tutor said that sehe enjoyed teaching us; fun n jokes.....god! insha allah, i can survive with them. i finally found a person that i can share my thoughts, my opinions..i thanx allah because i finally know how to widen my knowledge, allah gave me too many things but i still need some more n i am wondering what have i done to allah for all da nikmat that she gave me, a good question that will lead me to late night sleep...that's all for now., i wanted to tell about my new friend but may be later coz i have more important things to do...
what have we done to all da palestinians? let's think...:

thank you ALLAH......:)
salam.....
so many things happen within these few days n m soooo tired.....in kl right now, coming for SAT classes which will start tomorrow...so, study again but thank God only maths n English....well, dym is out, out from da plkn...i had da instinct actually bcoz i remember da day that she told me that she does not want to go to plkn n i was touched with da reasons; i just wanna be with my family...after 5 years living very far from them, i just wanna be with them...seriously, i was sooo touched n alhamdulillah, at the end, she got offer from MARA for da japan program.....so CONGRATULATIONS....it's kinda hard, i know... i remember da time that we had talking about da scholarship n all especially in da bio lab...da place that i realised that we actually share somnething in common....deep down inside....i admitted that. we were planning to pray together for exxon, going to States together, upgrade our iman together, travel together to da Muslims country to upgrade our iman besides adding our knowledge about the addin, do umrah together, go to Olympics 2012 n to forget to go n watch Arsenal match together...but sadly, we can just plan but ALLAH knows better...knowing that, Dym didn't make it, i was sooo sad n promised her that i'll keep on praying for her n alhamdulillah, at the end, she got MARA...even though japan is not da place that she wanted soooo bad, but at least, going overseas n learn something there....
well, going overseas is not about da snow, skiing n etc. but for us, going there is about exploring da ALLAH's creatures, upgrading our iman n many more.....it's a challenge to practice da deen without people reminding u , without azan, without ustaz ustazah n etc...and i had make up my mind about it...i had to drop this now because i realize something running out from my eyes. I'll tell u about Dym later.....
i got phone call from MARA offering me for da japan program... i was shocked n in da same time, i thank ALlah for giving me so many chances..while others are busy loitering, working n indulging themselves at homes, i need to prepare for my SAt but i had no regret because that is what i was hoping for a long time. ijust wanna make it fast, fly fast, learning n working as soon as possible.there are so many things that i need to achieve within this short period. whatever it is, i need to let da offer to japan go because i'm going with exxon. even though we didn't sign da agreement yet, i had make up my mind about it n plus i just hate languages, seriously i do. i love da malay language actually but realising that my tatabahsa is so damn teruk until da teachers said that i can make my own tatabahasa, i didn't say that my english is good. that's why i'm hoping to go to States as soon as possible, mastering n upgrading my english especially da accent, then i wanna come back to malaysia to improve my BM. at that time, i'll write proper BM in this blog n i'll speak full Bm without any kesalahan tatabahasa...ameen...m working for it hardly.
that's all. seriously, i am really thankful to allah, he gave ne so many things but i am wondering, what have i done to him. it supposed to be give n take, ryte? it's a question that i need to ponder tonight....
let's remember ALLAH's nikmat for us n let asking ourselves, what have we done with all da nikmat.. have u said alhamdulillah for those?
